Chai Thai Noodles is a family-owned restaurant, specializing in Thai and Lao food.

Our successful candidate will possess many attributes, including great customer service skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to navigate a menu and answer questions about items without hesitation. The right individual for this position will also have a passion for food and beverages, enjoy working with others, and be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hospitality
• Check in and seat customers
• Attention to customer needs
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Clean front of house areas
• Input orders in POS
• Issue bills and accept payment

Requirements:

• Restaurant serving or waitering experience
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• High school diploma
